Latitude is a modernist-inspired all day café-bar, creating from a refined palette of colours and materials and crowned with a series of Constructivist art. Due to the transitional nature of the outlet, markers were needed to signal the shift from day to night. The refined selection of materials by David Collins Studio, including back-bar panelling that opens to reveal a jewel box-like whiskey cabinets and woven metal lattice partitions, ensure that the space transitions seamlessly and allows guests to both feel a part of the wider hotel, yet make Latitude 37 its own destination.
