Invitees

All invitees will receive a hard copy invitation in the post by mid-January confirming their chosen event location. An email will be sent to all invitees in mid-January confirming dress code, event programme and final information.

Public Voting

The public voting will go live at 12:00 UTC on Thursday 3 January 2019 and will close at 17:00 UTC on Wednesday 23 January 2019. The project with the most public votes will win the People’s Choice Award. The results from the public vote will also be taken into consideration for all projects during the official Judging Day on Monday 28 January 2019.

The results of the Public Vote and Judging Day will be announced during the simultaneous events in London and New York on Monday 28 January 2019.
