The focal point of the space is Airwave, an art piece by commissioned British artist David Begbie. In terms of colour palette, beach-inspired tones accompany grey timber and grey stone, while soft greens and yellows accent. Judges commended the contemporary, seaside chic feel created, hailing it a beautiful transformation of an old Dubai icon.
