Designed by Worldesignteam, the penthouse draws inspiration from panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, bringing the serenity of the sea into its interiors through a carefully curated palette of natural stone, warm timber, leather and richly textured finishes. Expansive living spaces frame the coastal outlook, while fluid transitions between entertaining areas and private retreats create a home equally suited to social occasions and everyday living. Bespoke joinery, discreetly integrated technology and layered lighting introduce both practicality and atmosphere, with premium furnishings and meticulous craftsmanship lending the residence a sense of understated luxury.
Balancing the distinctive identity of W Residences with the individuality of its owner, the project demonstrates how branded living can extend beyond the conventions of hotel design.
